I've been using Venters Brothers Landscape services for my heavy duty landscape needs on 10 acres since 2010. They clear large and small brush areas/resod/reseed, design/implement landscape features, smooth/resoil unlevel areas, build very intricate landscape zones, build roads -> stabilized gravel, concrete or asphalt, can create and implement outdoor power to landscape, can efficiently design elaborate irrigation systems, flagscapes, lay concrete (can lay designer concrete/stone), install out buildings of various sizes, br... read more
I do not like to leave negative reviews of businesses, but it seems like rudeness is a trend with this company. Like other reviews I called to ask if they do any work in my area and they abruptly just said NO and immediately hung up the phone on me. That must explain why they never responded to the contact request I submitted through their website as well. I cannot vouch for the quality of their work but my initial impression of this business is unfortunately bad enough I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Called to make an appointment for lawn service. We just moved here and we’re looking for someone to hire. When we called, they told us they had no more room for the entire year. (We called in April) They then hung up on us before we could ask any more questions. Was not impressed with their customer service.
