Slumlord Extraordinaire – I live at The Preserve on Old Dowlen Rd. The Properties is owned by Venterra Realty. I have asked them to clean up the property on multiple occasions. Including a dumpster area that is now inhabited by multiple cats, rats, raccoons, and other various animals. The pool is so nasty that it only serves as a breeding ground for mosquitos.
