Alfie is the best in the biz. Next level deep tissue, you’ll feel like a new person by the time you leave! Him and Sandra create a lovely welcoming environment, I’ve been seeing them for years and it’s always worth it.

I have had three massage sessions at this clinic and already feel the difference. My symptoms included chronic headaches, neck pain, dizziness, and overall tightness/discomfort in my body. The intensity of my pain has gone from a 13/10 to a 7/10 which for me is a huge difference since I have been dealing with this pain for years with no result. Highly recommend, Alfie knows what he’s doing - it’s not a regular “barely touching” massage, so discomfort is likely, especially if you never professionally addressed a muscle before in your life, but it’s worth it if you want to get rid of chronic pain
I strongly recommend Alfie. Alfie's skills and knowledge have remedied a number of recurring issues I've been dealing with. Alfie's deep knowledge allows him to quickly identify and effectively treat pain. He is also friendly and a great guy to chat with.
