I did not have a good experience. The scheduling was smooth and same day, but the technician didn’t complete the job. He told me that something was blocking the dryer vent and that I needed to replace the entire duct. I paid him for the cleaning because he did get a lot of lint out. I decided to investigate and easily took the vent apart where I found a lot of lint still blocking the vent deep inside. Not a problem, so I called the company to have him come back. I called 3 times and texted twice. No response.
Had been struggling with uneven heating and cooling throughout our home until we reached out to this air duct cleaning company. They identified and remedied the blockages in our ductwork, restoring balance to our indoor climate. Finally, every room feels just right!
