It was disrespectful and unprofessional to get a date for a walk through, and get the keys and Maya Lazo again is nowhere to be found . After waiting on for her for one hour, my brother drove my 74 yr old mom home. Yet again , I had to go to the Serranto leasing office to ask to get hold of her . She only showed up an hour and 15 min later because of me asking to locate her. The maintenance staff was great. A plumber needed to be called out & then Plumbing Authority was great & found the problem. Jerry was so great in following up to & getting the problem resolved.
