Not transparent or concerned about customer care and communication. Since change in personnel, seems like every opportunity to fleece me. Not pleased with at all.
Isabel was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to help me find the right unit and exactly what I needed, while also thoroughly going over all the policies and answering my questions. It’s hard to find genuinely great customer service these days, but Isabel definitely provides it. She was patient, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She truly deserves a raise! Highly recommend asking for Isabel if you need help.
Was able to get the size of unit I wanted!! Isabel was so fast and very nice! She explained all details and even showed us different sizes of units. Great customer service.
