Dr Muceus and his staff are great!
I have truly enjoyed working with Dr.Muceus. He is very good at trying to understand everything about you to make a true diagnosis. He doesn’t blanket diagnosis you based on just basic information you share. He will conduct assessments as necessary to make come to his conclusions. His assistant Elaine is always so easy to get in contact with and to speak to if you need anything. Being able to do a virtual appointment is also extremely convenient.
The individuals at Ventana Mental Health do an excellent job of providing the care their patients need. Dr. Muceus and his assistant, Elaine, have been nothing but patient, compassionate, and attentive throughout my treatment. They have always stayed on top of my care, and I couldn't thank them enough. The fee for missing appointments is a bit high. However, their time is valuable, too.
My experience with ventana health, they help me to keep track on my medication and the doctors are great listeners
Dr. Muceus is very helpful and easy to talk to. Virtual visits are extremely convenient for my busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone!
