Since meeting with the my psychologist my overall enjoyment in life has gone up exponentially. They do amazing work. I will say that the $175 cancellation fee was a bit of a surprise, but I understand the need for it.
My experience with Ventana Mental Health has been a life saver. Feng and Dr. Fuqua treat me with kindness, respect, professionalism, courtesy, compassion and I rate them all 10 golden stars.
Dr. Fuqua is an incredible doctor! I've had a lot of iffy experiences with psychiatrists, but he does a very good job explaining what meds he wants to put me on and why, and he's sure to make it clear that every decision is up to me in the end. He also takes his time with his patients and listens well.
I have been with Dr. Rouhani for a couple of months now and she is a very kind and understanding person. I was nervous about seeking psychiatric help, but she explained everything deeply and I would recommend her to anyone who might be anxious about seeking treatment for the first time!
