I have lived here at Ventana de Vida since 2021 and I am very happy living here. Maintenance Sergio just finished a work order for me and I am very happy with the fantastic work that was done. Thank you

I have been extremely pleased with the staff here at Ventana De Vida apartments. Teresa is an excellent manager. She processes applications, work orders and other matters in a timely manner. She is attentive to the needs that of the residents and is very compassionate and kind. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The maintenance staff, Ruben and Elvis, respond quickly and address issues in a timely manner and are knowledgeable and courteous.
Manager Teresa Arguellojust talked me through the new application process for recertification, which was very helpful, since the application was a little hard to follow. She is always very helpful and I really appreciate her.
