I have been extremely pleased with the staff here at Ventana De Vida apartments. Teresa is an excellent manager. She processes applications, work orders and other matters in a timely manner. She is attentive to the needs that of the residents and is very compassionate and kind. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The maintenance staff, Ruben and Elvis, respond quickly and address issues in a timely manner and are knowledgeable and courteous.

Manager Teresa Arguellojust talked me through the new application process for recertification, which was very helpful, since the application was a little hard to follow. She is always very helpful and I really appreciate her.

I have been working with Teressa at the Ventana de Vida Senior Apartments in effort to move there. She has done an outstanding job giving me the correct information and names of the housing authority I need to port my voucher to. I appreciate her efforts more than you know. I give her the very highest rating available for all she is doing for me.
