I moved my parents into Ventana de Vida this year and our experience with the facilities, staff, and apartment were nothing short of terrific. Community Manager Teresa has been incredibly helpful and accomedating. The apartment and grounds are well taken care of and have a beautiful, serene quality. My parents love their new home and would recommend Ventana de Vida without reservations.

I really appreciate the wonderful sense of community that Theresa Arguello has created at this apartment complex. She is one of a kind! Theresa takes a genuine interest in the people here and is always coming up with thoughtful activities—like painting classes, potlucks, movie afternoons, board games and other gatherings—that help residents stay connected and active. My Mother in Law has lived at Ventana De Vida for many years and has enjoyed her stay in every way in this excellent community. She has recently been experiencing health challenges and my wife and I are very much involved with her continuing care these days. There are good reasons why there is a long waiting list to rent an apartment at Ventana de Vida. I have lived here at Ventana for almost twenty-two years and I speak from experience. It is not only the relatively affordable rent and the attractive and well-maintained apartments and surrounding grounds that make Ventana the best senior apartment complex in Santa Fe.
