I was lucky to find this property, everything I actually wanted, close to major roads and yet tucked away off the beaten path, great views and very well maintained. Toss in the fact when I went in to talk to management, nothing but smiles from the staff. If you are looking on the west side, do yourself a favor and check it out. Home !
I think this is one of the best apartments in Albuquerque. The maintenance is great and typically fix things within the same day the work orders are placed. Also, the apartments are really spacious and I love the fireplace because it makes it so cozy. I feel like this place is a great value for the price I pay. I would definitely recommend. :)
I've been here for two months and so far everything has gone well. The area is very quiet around me and no drama yet. I like the fact that there are two BBQ grills in the pool area so I can grill my meals if wanted.The grounds are well maintained and quite beautiful in my opinion. My AC stopped working around the 4th of July and the maintenance guys took care of it as a priority....
