I’ve lived in this apartment community since 2015, and it has always been kept in great condition. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property is always clean and welcoming. A big reason for that is our amazing manager, Diana. She is by far the best manager we’ve ever had. She truly cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. Property manager Michelle is heaven sent! She’s one of the main reasons I chose this particular place to live. Our move in was simple and expeditious. There was one small hiccup during our move-in process and because of the Michelle and staff, it was rectified immediately. Very quiet neighborhood and the property grounds are well maintained! So far so great. 10/10
While Jackie worked there, everything was fine. She was an excellent worker, and the service was excellent. I've been living here for a year. After Jackie left, everything went downhill; the service became terrible, and the apartment amenities are a complete disaster
My time at the Ventana Apartments has been enjoyable. The workers in the office are always cordial welcoming and very helpful. Diana and Giselle have assisted us and been very professional in all aspects of running the property. I appreciate their ability to show empathy and they are very understanding. I am glad my family moved here and look forward to being here a long time.
