While Jackie worked there, everything was fine. She was an excellent worker, and the service was excellent. I've been living here for a year. After Jackie left, everything went downhill; the service became terrible, and the apartment amenities are a complete disaster
My time at the Ventana Apartments has been enjoyable. The workers in the office are always cordial welcoming and very helpful. Diana and Giselle have assisted us and been very professional in all aspects of running the property. I appreciate their ability to show empathy and they are very understanding. I am glad my family moved here and look forward to being here a long time.
I have resided at the Ventana apartments for 5yrs. I am very satisfied with the tandem of the support I get from the office staff, Gisele Salinas and Diana Leslie Arnold are excellent at solving problems when it comes to tenants needs involving units being taken care of, They really care about getting things done for the tenants, I really respect their dedication to the job and professionalism.
I can’t say enough good things about Diana, my property manager. From day one, she’s treated the property like it was her own, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.
