I've lived here for around 2-3 years now and this is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in. it's a pretty, and colorful environment, lots of greenery, 2 pools, and also really pet friendly! The staff at the leasing office are also extremely sweet as well and are super welcoming. 10/10 would recommend ! 🩷
I have been living here for over five years, and my experience has always been positive, thanks to excellent service. I want to sincerely thank the management team for their attentive responses to my needs, especially the manager and Barry for their positive energy. A special shoutout to Anthony, who helped me and made my day by fixing my kitchen issue. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service!

I just signed my second lease here. I love it. It’s safe, great location, and Barry in the office is the BEST. They take such great care of me and I recommend Ventana to anyone looking for a great apartment complex. The views are awesome, perfect location, and great closet space. Call and ask for Barry, he will make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
One of the best communities I have lived at. Barry and Jamie are great. There are frequent water shut offs, however they really improved their notification system. Things seem to be going a bit downhill with the quality of renters. There is an influx of renters smoking MJ and who cannot park properly. Some of my neighbors were questionable - leaving a puppy alone for hours at a time and playing musical instruments. The rents are also a bit steep for renewing leases, but it is North Scottsdale.
