Barry was incredible helpful and friendly throughout my whole move in process. So far, I love being here. It’s very clean and quiet.
Our experience with the team at Ventana has been top-notch so far. Barry and Jamie have been great to work with and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has also been professional, responsive, and efficient with everything they’ve handled. Overall, I highly recommend the Ventana complex if you’re looking for a great place to live with a team that truly takes care of its residents.
I've lived in ventana apartments scottsdale, for a long time. If I need something done thomas gets it done quick. Also Anna and Jamie are the best, so friendly and helpful.
Fitness center looks like it’s from the 90s…pool chairs also look like they are 40 years old…red rocks around the complex are dangerous and end up on the sidewalks where people trip on them , ie..my elderly mother. No water pressure. More concerned if you smoke LEGAL weed than making sure the place is clean and up to date.
