**ONE YEAR LATER UPDATE** MARCH 2025 This is still an issue. They send emails warning residents but do nothing, and typically the issue occurs after management closes their office, although some nights it's as early as 5 pm. It's gotten worse to where it's almost every single night that you cannot have your windows open because it reeks of weed. Weather is beautiful right now too. Nothing like being inanother room and hearing your child call from the living room, "Mom, it smells like drugs again, need to close the windows." ... read more

I've had several issues at this so called luxury apartments since I moved here in June 2024. The last thing is a leak under my sink which left huge amount of water all over my floor and under my sink!! I'm so done with this place. Won't be renewing!
I called in to get information and Merna was very helpful and patient.
