Absolutely loved bianca she helped my mom and I get an apartment together and was so advocating to all our needs. Her bubbly personality made it so much fun and overall made our experience great! I definitely recommend her for all who are looking into these apartments 🩷
For anyone else who has been scammed by this company hiding behind a lease agreement that gives them no responsibility for anything, know that I have their lease with my attorney to make sure it follows AZ law. Anything that happens in the apartment is blamed on tenants - leaks, appliances breaking down, shoddy workmanship etc. I had the misfortunate of living here for almost a year, and when I moved out they tried to blame everything under the sun on me and my wife. First - you will note that most positive reviews are people who just tour the property, or are newly moved in. That is because they bribe you to change or enhance reviews. The pool at this property and hot tub has been unusable for months. Yes, it's summer, and the main pool has not been maintained, so if you want to use a pool, it's off to the sub par pool elsewhere. This is not a resort property, it is falling apart, and they actually asked residents to pay extra to have non-working appliances replaced. Management sent res... read more
