I want to express how helpful and accommodating Ana(Manager), Jamie(Assistant Manager) and Anthony(Maintenance) has been for me since I've moved in. All three have gone above and beyond with 5star customer service at all times. Thank you to the Ventana team. Elisa
I have a been a long term resident here at Ventana and I just want to share what a great community this place is becoming. Lots of positive changes have occurred and the office staff always goes above and beyond to help me with issues I have . Barry, Jamie and Ana are the best office staff ! Maintenance team is always on top of work orders and available to talk to when I have questions which is so beneficial- thanks for all your hard work
Upon leaving for work the other day, I discovered my car battery was dead. Ruben, the maintenance worker, noticed this and took time out of his busy day to pull his car around and jump my vehicle. Thank you so much Ruben!
