I do not lease here but I did tour recently: I found staff to be friendly and professional, no issues there. The buildings that house the 1/2 bedroom units seem dated but still in reasonable shape. The laundry amenity seems like they went all-out to install a ton of newer machines with tap-to-pay systems - which should make it easy to get laundry done. Got a package delivered to the wrong apartment and Denise Ayon at the front desk helped me and my girlfriend get our package the building it had been delivered to!
I had posted a review but it won't show up anymore for some reason. I said the water and heat are constantly being turned off in buildings for maintenance. The washers/dryers have problems, the further from the leasing office the worse the conditions are for the buildings. I had frost inside my apartment and my heat didn't work. When I moved on the stove didn't work and the heat didn't work. They replaced the stove and had a company come "fix" the heat but it still didn't work. Worst service.lie about property, management is lazy and and corporate office is just as neglectful. Let me with no heat for ove a month.
Las tarifas de renta no son las que te muestran al inicio, cada mes siempre me cobran por retraso que ni siquiera entiendo, son muy irresponsables con el mantenimiento, la calefacción y agua caliente son cosas que siempre, siempre fallan Eh estado pasando fríos inmensos Llevo más de 1 mes esperando que me arreglen una luz de la sala y no saben contestar
