Had them out for estimate of adding a vent hood to our newly converted gas cooktop. I will have to say, GE was impressive. I work in firms of contracting myself so really appreciated it. He was through and to the point. Estimate came back within a day and they had me scheduled for the following week. GE and his team called when on the way, they arrived on time and knocked out the project. They throughly prepped the area and made sure I knew anything that could be a surprise. Gustavo and Luis did a great job. Gustavo answered all my questions, explained everything to me and was very polite. I had a vent installed in my kitchen and he explained what they were going to do, installed the vent, and left my kitchen just as clean as it was when they got there. Thank you!

Vent Tech is a great company with very friendly and professional office personnel and field techs! They arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job rerunning a dryer vent for my folks. I am good with the vent-hood installation itself, but the guy who installed it had attitude and purposely did the caulking bad, it was all over the vent hood, because he DID NOT want to put it on. But he initially asked me if I want him to put the caulking on, and I said yes, then he said he is not a painter so it won’t look nice, I said go ahead and do it. But he was very reluctant and complaint about how his finger is uncomfortable afterwards and look at the caulking on our vent hood, it cannot be justified as bad painting... read more
