On two occasions I had water dripping from the light fixture in my living room ceiling where the dryer duct was running. I called Vent Pros and to see if they could do something about it. On 1/17 Michael came over and removed a lot of wet lint from the duct. Turns out my duct was so plugged up it was causing a condensation issue from the adjacent water lines. They are great, I sent them out for my elderly mother and she was raving about them. I guess they got alot of gunk out of the dryer vent.

I was expecting something different when Michael arrived. He was very courteous. But brought in extremely dirty equipment, unloaded from a mini van. Long and short; my home was much dirtier when he left. I wanted to cry. He put my furnace door on upside down. I almost had to pound it off but was able to pry it off. He didn't clean all the vents. I question his understanding of the airduct cleaning process. The website is misleading. Not even close.
