Jay is the Best! Called and he was at my house that day. Super honest, and doesn’t judge after he pulls your dryer out and exposes all the dirt buildup that my OCS was totally embarrassed 😁
This is a top tier company! Fantastic service from initial contact to completion of the job. In fact, during the morning phone call, they were actually going to be in my area and managed to squeeze me in the same day. That was completely unexpected and I was thankful for the immediate offer. Jay and his team were great. Our furnace stopped due to a clogged air port last winter. We were focused on the lint collected on the intake vents. Jay didn’t observe a dust buildup on any edges and recommended doing just the intakes and the dryer vent as well. They did a superb job cleaning. Jay went above and beyond and repaired a broken crawl space vent I had mentioned to him. I highly recommend Jay and his team!
Amazing service. Easy to contact for service. Jay with Vent Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us all of the information we needed in order to make the correct decisions moving forward in order to continue to care for our vent system.
