He was SO responsive and even suggested that we get into a group message with my tenant, which allowed all of us to communicate without me having to go back and forth. Friendly, professional, and fast. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their dryer and heating vents cleaned.
They did excellent work however charging $40 for ladder use? That’s ridiculous! Probably won’t be calling again.
The whole team at vent doctors is extremely kind, efficient and professional. The owner (I’m assuming) corresponds quickly via text and is thorough with his answers to your questions and the services they provide. The techs who do the services are superb and kind! Our house feels more safe and our air feels cleaner after the vent doctors helped us out!
