We service over 300 builders in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding counties. Vent Craft currently has 15 multi-family complexes under contract ; which stretch from Houston to Austin and Lubbock to Oklahoma. My experience with Vent Craft was one of the worst I have ever had with a company. I do not normally write a lot of reviews but this experience was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. We signed a contract with them for some work regarding a vent hood for a new range we were putting in. They could not finish the first day they came out because contractors we were also working with could not make it to our home do their part because of the ice storm that occurred in the area.
