Got a quote for 2 story dryer vent cleaning at 149 got quote approved from management company for rental. Called back to schedule and was told it would be 229 because they had to go on a ladder. When I called the owner to explain he told me to go somewhere else they don't care. Poor customer service and would never recommend

Very professional,polite and affordable. I called right before they closed and was given an appointment for the very next day. Drew came in and got the job done and cleaned up, he is awesome. I will definitely be using this company again.
