Karlea is amazing!!!! If you have any jewelry that needs repair Vent is the only place you should go. I was lucky to find Vent bc I had tried a few different jewelry repair places but they would not work on my Tiffany pieces bc they are sterling silver but Karlea effortlessly fixed them on the spot and was transparent about pricing. This place is awesome! From the moment my partner and I walked in we were greeted by the absolute cutest dog (Cannoli!) and anything that happened after that came second (jk).
