Karlea was the absolute best from the moment we walked in until the moment we waved goodbye. I had heard about this place and had to check it out. I ended up choosing one of the vintage men's silver necklaces and got a really good deal on it. My friend went with a really nice earring. I just got my ears pierced and can't wait to go back and purchase some of my own

Amazing owner, shop and selection. Karlea has helped me pick new items and fixed broken pieces. She’s super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. 90% of my jewelry comes from Vent. I cannot recommend them enough.
So grateful to Karlea and her store! She fixed the wiring on my engagement ring (gold) beautifully! She strung new pearls on it, too, to match the original reference photo I gave her and the finished look was exactly what I wanted. Great service, pricing, and communications.
