I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I ask for a Saturday. They gave me April 20th 12 o'clock for a hair cut. Went only to be told I don't have an appointment. Said your appointment is may 11th. I would not have made that appointment since I would have been on vacation. They did not even even try to accommodate me or offer a different appointment. Very unprofessional.
I had an incredible experience as a new client. I will definitely be back!
