Awesome Physician, listened to all my concerns.
On behalf of a patient for whom I am the POA, I have been in touch with Dr. Alugubelli's office numerous times without EVER having the doctor return a call. One office staff member, Natasha, is the most uncooperative staff member of any doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I will not go into specifics but the patient and messages I left dealt with a serious situation regarding the patient, which happened last year over a couple of months. No support received. Wonderful caring Dr, helped with my pain, and proper steps in diagnosis
His staff is great, receptionist sweet, but this Dr comes from a country where women are second class citizen. Treats nurses and female Drs badly at nursing homes and hospitals. He also does not ever respond to Express Scripts for med renewal. I had to call every time. Nope found a " Women" who cares about me totally. So no more Dr Alubugelli for me.
I feel he is not very thorough, he rushes through and do not ask if you have any problems or concerns. Time for me to move on.
I am very happy with Dr Alugubelli. He is very knowledgeable and is very thorough. I highly recommend him.
Over the many years that I have been his patient, he has been a doctor who listens, asks important questions, encourages compliance with best practices, schedules tests, and has a staff which supports both him and patients. They are competent and knowledgeable, and every effort (from my point of view as a patient) is made to give the best results in the health care experience.
