I visited this office to be treated by Dr. Wang. I was initially attracted to this office because in their new patient packet they express the importance of timeliness, which is a big deal for me because I’m often balancing working and my doctor appointments. The first appointment with Dr. Wang was good, but she and the staff get very lax around lunchtime. I had to get iron infusions for 8 weeks so those weeks I did not see Dr. Wang, I would be treated by the infusion nurses. The infusion nurses were great! Very friendly and... read more
The front desk has poor customer services longer wait times on call. No response , no appointment notification .It's very frustrating
