I am writing here about the lack of courtesy for a patient when they are out of their daily medicine. I could not get an appointment until January but I am out of my daily medicine. The doctor refused to refill my prescription when the pharmacy called to have it renewed. I was told that I needed an appointment. Seems no one checked to see if I had an appointment. And to be told that I cannot have my medicine refilled for a few months until my appointment seems cold and uncaring. I have never had a doctor do that to me before... read more

Be aware of the pricing. They tell you one thing at the front desk and you get billed for another. When you try and pay your bill over the phone, you are on hold forever and they are rude. I felt like they were trying to just upsale everything. The doctor was amazing but the front desk was rude and misleading. Never will be back here again.

Dr. Venkatesh is the best doctor I have ever been to! She really knows a lot and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. She's very professional and personable. I've been going to her about 5 years now and I would highly recommend her. I have horrible allergies and I feel like she has saved my life!

I had my first appointment post- Dr. Posnock at Mid-Cities Allergy and Asthma where I have been a patient since the mid 80's. The appt. was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I arrived promptly at that time. I don't know which Dr. the appt was with due to the less than helpful staff who scheduled the appt. Long story short, after an a hour and a half of waiting, I cancelled the appt. and won't be back. Terrible front office staff. Would like to comment on the Dr. but never got to see her.

While Dr V is a WONDERFUL doctor and deserves 5 stars, this review is directed to the rest of the clinic. I have been waiting on lab results for my daughter’s food allergy. The results have already been sent to the clinic from LabCorp, but the clinic has not yet called me to tell me if my daughter will be okay to eat eggs & peanuts. I tried to call to ask if a nurse could call me to review the results but the receptionist was very rude and just brushed me off as an inconvenience to her.

She is nothing short of amazing. I have a rare diagnosis of EoE, and many allergist were unable to help. This physician takes time to listen and treat each patient as if they truely matter.

Always takes the time, extra time if necessary, to listen and answer questions, give test results, explain what needs to be done, very caring and thorough. My family and I have gone to her for years.

Dr. Venkatesh is absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable and she is really helping me to get my allergies under control. I would highly recommend her for adults or children. She is very kind and you just know she is very concerned for your overall well being.
