Dr Donepudi was very attentive & covered results from blood profile and made recommendations. I have been going to Dr Donepudi for twenty years and he is very professional and caring.
He has been my Endo for years. I had cancer and his knowledge and ability to explain information as well as his demeanor is always very caring and kind. I feel his knowledge and continuous care is why I am still here. I highly recommend DR. Donepudi.
He always listens and answers all my questions. He provides informative, concise information and options for my treatment.
Dr Donepudie is fine. He did say one thing that was a tad put-offish, but my visit otherwise was fine. However, they will NOT. accept this insurance even if they're in network and the front office particularly unprofessional and a bit snarky if you're on government-funded insurance. I don't know the story about anyone else, so I don't make judgements, however, they very well seem to be adept at making assumptions.
Could not ask for a better doctor He is the best
Dr, D is absolutely one of my favorite doctors ever. He listens to what I say about my current experiences, considers that information with the data, and then we discuss my options. I fully understand what I need to do and my treatment when I leave the office.
Dr. Donepudi used to put his patients first, but now he puts his front office staff and office manager first, dismissing his patients from his practice that have issues with his office staff. He does not even care to hear his patients issues with the front office staff. I am beyond disappointed with Dr.D. If all the doctors at Piedmont Endocrinology dismiss patients like him, then they will have to close their practice. What happen to Dr. D. to cause such lack of compassionate for patients?
Dr. Donepudi used to be a good doctor but he has changed last few years . He seems distracted and short. His office staff has always been difficult to the point of nasty and rude. Dr. Donepudi assistant is some times lazy and rude to the point of yelling at patients when called for assistance.
Dr. Donepudi used to be a great doctor. Over the past few years, something has changed. He now comes across somewhat rude and rushed. He is not willing to listen to the patient to come up with a solution to the problem. The awesome bedside manner he once had, is no longer there. The PA (Michelle Woods) is horrible. She is very rude, and also has no bedside manner. Definitely would not recommend Piedmont Endocrinology.
