I am so thankful for doctor Dalai, he literally saved my life. So very easy to talk to and if a medication isn’t working well for you he never has a problem trying something else, while giving you the option of what you would like to do instead of pushing what he wants on you. I’ve never had a problem getting refills of medication, and if it does get to a point where I’ve forgotten to call early and it’s urgent I get my medication filled quickly he is always open to you calling the office, and I get my refill quickly! Do not use this office if you will be taking prescription drugs. They put my wife on Adderall and then would take a week to send the prescription so she would go days without it, and calling didn't help so she eventually just stopped trying to get it and would deal with the ADHD. She was also put on Paxil, an anti-depressant SSRI, something anyone working in this field should know that you cannot just abruptly cut someone off of!
