I was a new patient with this physician and he evaluated my wrist and said I had carpel tunnel and surgery was required. He stated he wanted to get a nerve conduction test just to make sure nothing else was going on and to see the severity of the carpel tunnel. Had surgery, went home same day and had no pain during recovery period.
Terrible. Lisa is rude and incompetent. Made me feel guilty for scheduling an appointment and gave me the wrong address purposely. Another gentleman had paperwork stating 130pm and Lisa argued with him and said it was supposed to be 12pm. Wow.
The office is terrible. I prepaid for services, and when the claim processed, my HRA paid the claim, so they were paid twice. I have made over a dozen calls since July 2017, it is now March 2018 and I still have not received my refund. I have been promise d several times my refund was sent out, but it never has. The doctor was fine, but the office will flat out lie to your face. Terrible!!!
I saw Dr. Bodavula today for the first time. He diagnosed my wrist and preformed a procedure in his office. He was easy to talk with, took his time explaining what I had and how he would rid the pain in my wrist, and told me that I would be in pain for at least 3 days and how to manage the pain. I did not expect that my issue would be addressed so quickly and I am very pleased that it was done today. Also, his office staff was friendly and polite.
Saw this doctor after I fractured my hand which required immediate surgical repair. Initially things went well. However the cast broke after 2 days following surgery and despite daily calling for 2 weeks I did not hear from the office until the follow up. When I got to my appointment that day I was scolded by the doctor for not wearing a cast. He performs the pin removal in office without properly knowing my hand which was very painful and botched it, requiring another surgery.
I have not only been Dr Bodavula's patient, but I have worked with him in surgery as well. He is an excellent hand specialist and a very kind and caring person. He is always pleasant and takes the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. He diagnosed my two issues in less than 5 minutes time. He resolved one issue on site in the office, and explained to me the reason we need to wait to resolve the other. Excellent experience. He is very busy, but worth the wait
The Doctor was highly recommended, but we could never get past the front desk. Showed up for appt, they never even acknowledged we were even there! Sliding glass door lets you know up front two things... "Don't tap on glass" and another sign that basically says that he is very busy and if you can't wait they will be happy to reschedule you...not a good sign. Then after all of that they said we did not even have an appt the day! Walked out, will not go back!
Had two appointments. One I waited 35 minutes for one I waited over an hour and fifteen minutes. Watching people who walked in behind me be seen before me. When I brought up my wait they seemed as unconcerned about it as they did with the pain that still exist after the removal of the cast. Now I have to find another doctor to finish what this guy started. He may be a decent doctor but he has no respect for his patients time.
I HAVE KNOWN THIS DR. FOR YEARS. HE TREATED MY MOTHER, SON AND MYSELF. I HAD CORPRAL TUNNEL SURGERY WITH HIM. GREAT RESULTS. ON SEPT 5 2016 I FELL OFF THE RUNNING BOARD OF MY TRUCK. BROKE MY LEFT WRIST RIGHT AT THE JOINT. HE PUT IN A STEAL PLATE AND SCREWS. 12 WKS LATER IT WAS HEALED. I HAD THE HAVE THE PLATE AND SCREWS REMOVED BECAUSE THE JOINT WAS RUBBING AGAINST THE PLATE. I AM FINE NOW. NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT WRIST. IT'S LIKE IT'S NEVER BEEN BROKE. GET HIM. YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
