Dr. Vavilala took his time explaining everything to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Front desk seemed to be in a rush while checking me out. I need to get a kidney ultrasound, when I asked for a recommendation as to where to go to get that done, I was told to call my insurance and go wherever I wanted. I understand that my insurance my not cover their recommendation but a little guidance would have been helpful.
Was very thorough and showed concern for my health
Excellent patient care and wonderful gentleman physician. Friendly atmosphere in the doctor’s office. Support staff are extremely cheerful and pleasant. Great experience. Always keeps the patient’s well being in the front.
