Dr. Rao was great to work with. He was thourough, honest and respectful. After nursing 3 kids and menopausal weight gain, my breasts were a nightmare. Dr. Rao gave me an amazing life-changing surgery that will help my back and shoulders from now on. I so appreciate what he has done for me.

The second Worst Doctor that I have been to with UW. Dr Rao he's just like what other patients have said. He is very condescending and doesn't want to listen to anything you have to say. This doctor is rude and condescending. Went for a consultation visit and they put me in a gown that wouldn’t even close all the way. Dr comes in and looks at me all disgusted and says “I can’t do anything to help that while his poking my stomach “. His bedside manner is horrible. I went to see about a tummy tuck. Woman going to him obviously has some body issues but to make you leave feeling worse about yourself when you arrived is a joke. He needs to lose his license talking to people like that. This doctor is condescending and gaslighting. He will quickly discount everything you say, accuse you of interrupting him, scold you for asking questions. He will basically at the slightest questioning tell you to find another doctor. Actually barely before we started talking he was alluding to this being nothing, despite being in pain for many years from a known injury. Meanwhile you are left hopeless that this fancy qualified doctor maybe represents the standard practice. I cannot imagine a person with this lack of empathy... read more
