I love this venue- its still getting their amenities up and running but overall one of the best quality apartments I've ever been too.
Elevate is screwing over my friends who live there with the annoying fire alarms at night and sinking buildings! Do yourself a favor and find a real place for living!!!
I rented an apartment at the Amalfi property for 15 months. They raised the rent so high upon my renewal that I decided not to renew my lease. I requested a walk through when I turned in the keys and was denied. I also asked the maintenance man to look at my apartment and asked him if anything looked out of order that I might get charged for and he said everything looked fine and that there was normal wear and tear on my carpet, so i didn't bother steam cleaning it.
