Called several times no answer. I think they could afford an operator to answer the phone.. Then they call back and I cannot hear them and then they hang up..
Tried to call and change future appointment now several days in a row. Forget it ! Recording on hold. Request a return phone call to hold your position in que and nothing after trying over & over for several days. Guess I'm searching for a new Urologist.
The staff that answer the phone are the worst! I have to call EVERYTIME my prescriptions are due, I leave messages, Walgreens tries and tries to send requests and I think it goes directly to a trash file. NO ONE ever does anything and I HAVE to go to the office to get them to refill. They are merging with 1st Physicians group, I know SMH has higher standards, we can hope.
Look, I like Dr. Klutke, been with him for years. But there is simply no excuse for the lack of access. The phone system is intentionally set up to keep you from reaching someone, or even leaving a message. The website has a contact page with a message option. They do no reply. The nurses phone is not answered and has no voicemail. There is no patient info accessible. Etc etc etc.
They are the worst office to get in touch with in the world. If you can speak with someone she will tell you they have one nurse For three doctors and are understaffed and overworked. I have prostate cancer and my doctor left the company and no one told me. I guess I will just try to find someone else! Nice huh?
