Purchased trees from owner, and was told that they were guaranteed for one year, if HE planted them. Five of the nine planted died after only seven months. The owner now says, I never told you that they were guaranteed for one year, only for six months . You should have called me before this . Now, we are headed to court over this matter! My advise, Get everything in writing . Or, buy somewhere else like Home Depot or Lowe s...., pay less, and plant them yourself! You will save money, time and the hassle.
