I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Dr. Turner’s office. I was given an itemized estimate for my dental implant and asked if that was the final cost. They told me yes, everything was included. But after my treatment was finished, I was charged an extra $150 for a follow-up visit that I was told was included. They also told me they would send the paperwork to my insurance so I could get reimbursed. Six months later, when I followed up, they said they had never sent it and that I had to do it myself. My Experience Office waiting room very nice. Examination rooms very nice. Admin was very pleasant (initially). Dogs behind desk are adorable. The quality of work was beyond horrendous. BTW, this is the place to go if you dont mind mouth wash exiting nose while gargling ( left this office with a perforated sinus).

Giving an average 2 in all fairness. Great Surgeon except she wouldn't show her face. Very rude. Mask, eyescope, hat, whatever. Didn't know her from Freddy. The work was excellent! The follow up good as well. Continued cleaning and evaluations until a phone call cancelled me just before my cleaning. 5 months, saying they no longer do hygiene work. Called other places. Six, seven months out. This was a let down and a schock to me. So, 5 months in they tell me the won't do hygiene work anymore. A year without hygiene care for ... read more

Love my hygienist, Sarah! Actually looked forward to my appointment. Dropped my stars to one because they no longer want to do maintenance cleanings that helped to keep my gums healthy.

Came in for a consultation and my Surgeon from Canada had emailed a current CT scan to them,at the appointment they told me they could not open it and needed to do another for $425 plus the $200 consultation. I agreed and although did not see the results they gave me a quote for 4 implants.During the consultation I had to listen to the crap vacation with her family in Portugal and how she was divorcing her husband.There was no follow up and because of time restrictions and other considerations decided to get it done back hom... read more
