I went recently to get my nails done, and the person who attended me was named Helen. Honestly, it was a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning, it was clear that she was in a hurry and working very fast, without paying attention to what I was saying. She left my nails with uneven shapes, some shorter than others, and with corners that weren’t properly painted. She was also quite rude. I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this nail salon recently. My mother and I walked in hoping to receive service but we were greeted by a receptionist who was unfriendly and dismissive. It was clear from the start that we weren't getting the same level of service as other customers who walked in after us.
