I showed up at 6:25 and asked what time they close Jackie said 7:30 and said she had time for another set. There was another person in the chair who’s nail she was fixing, another came in for an eyebrow wax and then myself. I was already seated for a soak off Jackie had already seemed overwhelmed as if she was the only one completing services. I went 2 times. I thought first time it was bad service but second time also I had bed experience also. This time my nail not last longer even 1 week. Tip come off and I did powder nail he did so fast and glue not did properly. I hate this place 45$ I pay and 5$ tip I give but I need satisfied service. They done in so fast and taking other clients. Terrible atmosphere. While the services might be standard, the owner’s attitude is completely toxic. He acts like he’s doing you a favor by letting you spend money there. For someone running a business of this scale, you’d expect a much higher level of professionalism. I won't be returning
