Wouldn’t send my dog to get their nails done here. I’m from out of town, and was a walk in. I wasn’t greeted. I spoke first and asked if walk ins were allowed, she said yes. I understand the 25 min wait as a walk in, but there was no customer service. I simple “thanks for waiting, how can I help you?” would have helped. I told the male I needed to change the current nails I had (I didn’t like them).
