Very beautiful, well maintained. BUT the board just doubled Our maintenance fees so don’t move here if you are on a fixed income
A place where really old people carry a clip board around to write down ANY violations you may have. I like to decorate for every holiday so the people here want to know how I pay my electric bill. Extremely rude group of people. Extremely jealous group of people. Shareholders policing other shareholders... not a great idea. Most of these people are really hateful to each other. First and foremost I’d like to thank the team at 2600 executive drive Venice isles apartments for their unwavering work ethic. I had an issue with the master bath ceiling water stain that started right above me on the second floor apartment. I issued a work order to get this fixed. Manager Tina and assistant manager Heather contacted the maintenance tech, OBIE, to resolve. Much to my surprise, OBIE knocked on my door the very next day and actually painted the area to completion. He was completely professional and did a great... read more
