Dissatisfied with communication. Was told that the $200 diagnostics fee would be applied to any work that I had done. The original issue was too costly to have fixed with the dealer, $2500 as opposed to $768 elsewhere. Because I had already agreed to the diagnostic fee I selected to have a repair completed, that the dealer said was a problem also. Always friendly and efficient.
I am editing this review. The follow up I have requested is not what I expected. To date, I am still hoping for a response on my requests. I will monitor and rate accordingly when the service manager follows through with diagnostics and freeze frame and code printouts I have repeatedly requested. My most recent service experience was with Tevin. He was responsive and made certain my vehicle was accurately assessed and repaired.
