Contacted me for my free oil change and tire rotation during the first year. Made appointment and showed up, only to be told that my mileage was 1000 miles over the limit and so they couldn't do the service. The question was never asked during the calls or emails. Not very well run or good communicators. I would avoid the service department as you will likely run into "surprises".
Had a great experience with Dylan as my sales guy. Had gone to another dealership and never got shown the car I wanted. Dylan heard my concern, showed me every car I wanted to see, made his recommendation, I made my choice, and got me to a price I was willing to pay. Excellent service, everyone should go see him!
