Positive is that they got me in next day for 'promo" oil change .Negative is that they ll try to sell you 3-4 other services. I accepted one of those and got hit by $30 unreasonable fees for "SHOP CHARGE" . Thar fee was UNDISLOSED and never heard of it in the state where I moved from
