My most recent service experience was with Tevin. He was responsive and made certain my vehicle was accurately assessed and repaired. There’s a reason I travel from Cape Coral to Venice to get my car serviced. Tevin’s service advisor position and the mechanics are the reason I am giving five stars Joel did it again! Travis is wonderful and his technicians are extremely knowledgeable
I had service done on my CRV on March 6th Went in for oil change and filter, they told me other work was needed to the tune of $388 and I told them OK. When I went to pay the bill they charged me $518.50, I questioned the charge and was told they would refund me $35, which I wasn’t completely happy with. I just my cc bill and no refund, I called them (cc company) and still no refund. I am stopping payment on this charge I have called Venice Honda multiple times and they won’t put me through.
