I have waited for 20 to 25 minutes to make an appointment and the lady just hung up on me
1strella es mucho 0 se merecen, mi han dicho de venir 30 minutos ante ,llegue 10:30, la cita es alas 11:00am, me tomaron la presión, después me cambiaron de abitacion,ceraron la puerta yo esperando asta las 11:30 al final la doctora Michelle Henry no se presento , yo no intiendo porque no respectan las personas. Son una vergüenza 😡
At this point I’m upset I’ve been calling everyday to schedule an appointment and they just never answer I stay hearing the background music and I end up hanging up the phone, at first I thought maybe they’re busy but every single day??? Not being able to schedule an appointment it is disappointing the service provided at this clinic
I've only been coming here for a little bit of time and so far I have gotten a lot more done than my kids last doctor had ever done in just a little time that I've been here so that's pretty good to me I haven't had any issues with waiting and they have been very polite with me so I don't know. It could be the vibe with other people. They have different experiences
Dr Alma Guerrero is at best absolutely amazing with my 4 little ones. There is an individualized technique that she uses with my teenager that I still have yet to master but she has opened up to her and for THAT!!! I will forever be grateful
