Venice electric is my definition of what customer service is all about. Meghan, a human being, answers the phone and clarifies the problem and provides a clear plan with her electricians to resolve the problem. I have worked with both Jeff and Matt. they both explained the problem and fix my electrical problem perfectly. In fact, one solution was a less expensive option that I could do myself. Will continue to use Venice electric in the future with any electrical issue.
My pool equipment stopped working. Matt from Venice Electric came out the next morning as promised, found and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them for showing up as promised, Matt was knowledgeable of electric as well as pool systems. Also, they were not expensive.
I called and left a message on Sunday and got a response by phone at 8 am Monday morning that Matt Kenny was on the way! He was here before 8:30 and solved my electrical problem! Matt Kenny was polite and quick, I’m very impressed with Venice Electric and especially Matt!
Everything was great. We called Venice Electric, and they came to our house within 20 minutes, just as promised. Our service tech, Matt Kenney, was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. We would definitely hire Venice Electric again.
