I had a very good experience at the salon as a first time customer , I got my French manicure done and I robbed off my French tip on one nail the same night I called the next morning and they agreed to take me and fix it for me free of charge which I really appreciate I will definitely go back there.
I recommend Stephanie she is doing good job . But salon unfortunately one star . They have crystal chandeliers and Robot for 400$ but they can not hire someone to clean salon. I called owner then texed owner to give feedback that salon is dirty waxing room glass wall is not cleaned over 2 years for sure please check when you will do wax . I was really disappointed with my nails. The shape was uneven and inconsistent—some nails were much wider than others, and they didn’t match at all. I asked for a clean, balanced shape, but they came out crooked and bulky. I ended up having to fix them myself after I got home. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning because the quality didn’t meet my expectations.
Was a first time customer. They have a 20% off first time customer special going on- but refused to give it to me stating they “don’t use that app anymore”. But it’s an ad I saw and is on their website and I showed them and they only gave me 10% off after what felt like begging lol. Brian cut the hell out of two of my cuticles and proceeded to paint my nails without getting the bleeding controlled (no chip gel) and quite literally cured my blood with the polish now I have blood in my nail and I work in healthcare….
