Very disappointing first impression. I called Venezia Nail Spa to make my first appointment and specifically explained that I had never been there before. I was simply trying to ask a few questions about their manicure and French tip services before booking. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I showed them the first photo as the exact inspiration for what I wanted, and the second photo is what I ended up with. I paid $90 for this set, and after only a week and a half, all of the charms had already fallen off my nails. The quality and overall look were nowhere near what I asked for or what I expected for that price. For $90, I expected the design to be done properly and to last longer than a week and a half. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment at 11:00 AM yesterday and specifically called ahead to book with a particular nail tech, but when I arrived, I was not given the person I requested. The quality of the service was honestly unacceptable. The nail tech who did my nails seemed rushed, didn’t take her time, and made very little effort to make sure the set looked good.
