Great facility, nice atmosphere, talented staff and gracious managers.
Clean and good customer service. Was here from out of town. My daughter and I both had manicure and pedicures. My Gen A daughter even liked!
Hands down the best place. I don’t think I’ve had a pedicure that has been so relaxing AND where they’ve really taken the time to massage and you don’t feel rushed out the door. Vivian was amazing and she even fixed my nail when I accidentally touched it thinking it was done. This place goes above and beyond !!! Excellent place.
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! From the interaction with the lady who did my pedicure (I wish I got her name, kinda tall skinny & young ) she was she was the worst she was not welcoming at all (idk if she was having a bad day but still) & tried to make me feel bad about not wanting shellac or paying for a more expensive pedicure which thankfully I don’t fall under pressure but it makes me feel bad for the people who are actually too scared to speak up for themselves, what if they really don’t have it ? This review has nothing to do with my technician—she is absolutely amazing, and I truly enjoy her service every time. She is the best. However, the issue is clearly with the business operations and scheduling. I booked two appointments in advance: a 12:00 PM pedicure (which typically takes about an hour and a half) and a 1:35 PM manicure. During my service, my technician was pulled away to assist a walk-in client who called for a 1:00 PM appointment.
