Overpriced and the dip was executed terribly. My nails looked like turtle shields. They're narrow naturally. I expressed my dislike and that didn't go over well
I went here to get a pedicure and had the worst pedicure of my life! I recently moved around the Park Ride area and wanted to check out this nail salon. The service was horrible I asked for a pedicure with regular nail polish and the lady I got did not know how to paint nails she put 4-5 layers of nail polish. I do not recommend this nail salon with that said I will not be returning!
I’ve been going to Venezia Nail Spa for a while now. Kelly who is the tech that takes care of me is by far the best nail technician I’ve ever had. I have a problem with ingrown nails and super dry cuticles, this makes my toes hurt at times. I’ve gone to several places but I have never found a caring and supportive tech as Kelly. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave salon happy and without pain. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to be able to have her do my pedicure. Told the girls at the counter I needed a manicure and pedicure, also had some old tips that I wanted off. My technician took care of the services except the 4 nails I needed off as I was wondering why she wasn't going to soak them off. I changed my color choice as it was too light, my tech told me to go pick another color and rushed me, hurry up she said...
