I’m on my husbands lap top so I’m writing a review under his name! I had my nails done by Andrew and they look and feel wonderful. He was so kind, patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!
I had my nails done at this salon 3 times now. The first two were great. The last one not so much. My appointment was rushed and the color that I picked looks nothing like the sample. The nail tech used base coat as top coat 3 times (total of at least 7 layers with the dip powder, base and top). The color I picked is "I'm a bubble bunny" by OPI.
This is my 5th time coming here and first time ever getting a design done! I love it, thank you to Andrew for an amazing experience!
I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over the winter, I was charged an extra $20 for non-chip polish on my pedicure. At the time, no one informed me that there would be an additional charge to remove the non-chip polish at my next visit. I have now had this experience twice with this salon, and unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing both times. Back in 2022, I called ahead to book a nail appointment and specifically asked for a price estimate before coming in. When I arrived and received the service, I was charged significantly more than what I had been quoted. I addressed the issue with the manager at the time.
