When I sat in the chair I knew I would be happy with the result because Andrew has never failed me. And when I left, my jaw was on the ground. They turned out better than the photo and I am so happy about them! Definitely coming again soon.
TERRIBLE!!!!! Customer service here. They were doing my pedicure and cut my skin and insisted that it was my fault. They then proceeded to not only yell and at. But THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE! On top of that they demanded for a 25% tip. What should’ve been a 70 dollar pedicure turned into $90. I’m outraged!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Venezia will never see me again. More like fraudezia
I found Andrew through reviews and I highly agree with all of them! He was very communicative the whole time and made sure that I loved every detail and part of my experience. He also did an amazing job matching my inspo picture to similar colors. I could not love these nails more.!
I will not be returning. Spent $80 (before tip) on a pedicure and no chip manicure. The pedicure chipped after 2 days. And the “no chip” didn’t even last a week and all my nails cracked off. Very disappointing.
I had an absolutely fabulous pedicure from Emily this morning. One of the best scrub massages I’ve EVER gotten! She took her time with everything and my toenails look adorable for the start of summer! So happy to have stumbled on this place after my morning coffee.
