These people are scammers. They put a color on display, said they don’t have it but they can make a similar one with chrome, and then charged $20 extra at the very end WITHOUT telling me first that it would be extra. They also have a 10% first time customer promotion on their website, and didn’t honor it. On top of that they did a terrible and rushed job on the nails. Don’t come here!
Worst first experience. I am the bride that came earlier with my friend. Will never be coming back because of how poorly the receptionist communicated. The tech was nice enough to provide some extra services. But unfortunately my pedicure was rushed and the receptionist could care less for her mistake.
I’ve always come here but after this experience I will not be coming back. I called before coming for me and my friend who needed to get her pedicure done for her wedding. We were told no wait. I arrived first and a tech started with me right away. My friend soaked her feet for 50 mins and did not get a tech until I reminded my tech that my friend is still waiting.
