Living at Veneto has been a great experience so far, and I’ve got to give a shoutout to the maintenance team, Jorge and his crew are awesome—always super prompt, professional, and really go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Definitely appreciate having a solid team like that around!
I have lived in Veneto for 3 years now and I absolutely love the community! Not only does it have a beautiful pool/lounge area, It is conveniently located next to a freeway, shopping centers, and the Jeffrey trail! Also want to point out the amazing maintenance team. They work really hard to keep the community running smoothly. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is handled in a timely manner. Both Fernando and Jorge are very professional and have the best attitudes when performing a service. Thank you team Veneto!!!
Veneto Apartments has been a terrible experience. The rat infestation is out of control, with rodents running around at nights. The fob system constantly malfunctions, leaving many residents (myself included) unable to access the pool or gym. No advance notices given on access control system maintenance. They always claim it’s a fob issue, but when everyone’s experiencing the same problem and when its intermittent it’s clearly a bigger issue. I want to start off by talking about what is important to people, money. These people are crooks, if you care about money, do NOT live here. I lived here for 10 months and my rent was $3200 for a 2 bed. Once my lease ended, to resign my lease, my monthly rent was jacked up by $300. i.e. the absolute max they possibly could. And get this, if I wanted to go month-to-month, they were going to charge me $1000 extra per month!!! I was looking at $4200 a month!!!
