One girl was friendly when she worked. They try to upsell everything, they only care about you if they're making sales. Tried to cancel my membership in June because I moved and was done with the customer service (takes $100 to get out of the contact). They are still charging me for the past two months and refuse to refund me. The only "solution" I received from Kimberly was to email management. Which has gotten me nowhere. Do not go here whatsoever.
The Mrs had some wax work done here. The staff was nice and the work was done well. However, they have troubles with scheduling.
Friendly staff
This salon is very clean and the employees are very helpful and well put together. They are very knowledgeable and helped me find the best lotion and bed for my skin type. I highly recommend coming to this salon to get some great customer service and even better color!
I have to start this review with the fact that Beth customer service was excellent. I purchased a manicure groupon and had to call to schedule an appointment not being told there are only about 12 color selections and none are professional. There was not proper manicure tools and I left due to being unhappy with the first coat. No OPI selection. Prices need discounted for nails because its tools that you can buy at Sallys and do it yourself. Store manager wanted me to take time out of my busy day to try to get my money back ... read more
