It is true you get what you pay for. It is a very cheap place to live. The apartment manager is rude, mainanace does not do their job, there is mold in the ac vents, and I previously found a dead rat in my apartment (probebly died from mold). The parking is very tight and if you get home after dark, you may have to park in front of another building due to lack of parking spaces.
