EDITED 2025-02-20 - I sold my condo last year when I moved for my job. So, while everything I said was true at the time, my review is probably not one to consider any longer. BTW - I am not a bot, this wasn't a fake review, and I was never an employee of the Association. My initial review: As a single person living alone, I have never felt unsafe in Venetian Place. Honestly would have given them a zero star but that’s not an option. We rented with a private landlord and she was amazing will recommend her anytime. BUT besides that this place is the worse place that I have ever lived at!! We were dying for our lease to end already so we can move and finally moving to somewhere 100xs better. This place has no amenities, gym is literally open only while people are basically at work, no playground, no nothing. customer service is the worse ever. Pésimo lugar para vivir. La HOA no tiene tacto ni educación ni conocimiento en ningún tipo De conocimiento en nada. La grúa remolca los vehículos y los abren. Desde que vivo aquí han asaltado varias personas y nadie hace nada. Los de mantenimiento debieron buscar en el área de vacaciones en vez de en el área de empleo ya que le pesa su trabajo. Los portones permanecen abierto todo el tiempo. Las piscinas están sucias todo el tiempo. Se a vuelto un lugar súper inseguro y desde que está esta administración está peor.
