What can I say? Physically, the complex isn't bad looking, and I like the ducks and geese. On the other hand, make sure your car is locked and alarmed or the seats will get taken. The complex is ungated and you won't see the security patrol because it's invisible. But you WILL see the homeless night people drifting about. Outside sounds consist of police sirens, fire engines, ambulances and the occasional nearby gunshots at night.
I have 9 years here and truthfully there is no money put in these old apartments that need work inside and out. The front office has a recent property manger that has no class nor customer service . The level of professionalism from Erika is the worst I’ve dealt with comes to work in pajamas or shorts in my life I seen anyone as a manager dress like this. , or have a ear to help with issues in the apartment . Great location. Apartments are very spacious and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful.
