Nicole is an incredible nail technician. I see her once every 3-4 weeks for the ombré dip powder manicure. It’s gorgeous and she’s so gentle and pays close attention to detail. The new place “i nail bar and salon” is so clean and pretty!
I decided to try this salon for a pedicure as I dropped my car off at Christian Brothers and I had some time to kill. They did accommodate me as I walk-in and was assigned to Hang. While she was trimming the cuticle on my big toe she cut the skin so it bled. Then she seemed more interested in her conversation with a co-worker next to her, stopping what she was doing several times to carry on that conversation. Poor customer service.
Always a good experience. I feel there needs to be an upgrade in the spa chairs. They all seem to have some issue. Time to replace.

I've been coming here for over three years and will never go to another nail salon! They do a wonderful job as well as have wonderful customer service. If you're looking to get your nails done perfectly and have them last.. Go see Kristin!
