I have been going to Venetian for several months. Kelly does my nails, pedicures, and eyebrows. She does excellent work. I also get volume lashes from Jenny. She too does a great job, and the price on the lashes are not ridiculously high. The atmosphere is quiet, polite and friendly. The decor is fabulous, and it’s very a very relaxing experience.

Really disappointed. Not only did I not get my money's worth but I felt the public could judge for themselves. This is after my pedicure ���� I guess it would be ok if I walked around in sand all day but I don't. I got no moisturizer & cold water.

I have been going to salons for pedicures and manicures for over 20 yrs. This is by far the best salon I've ever been to. The owners are very friendly as are most of their employees. They offer you complimentary wine, soft drink, or water. And if you want you can bring your own wine and some friends and make it a party. I highly recommend this place!

I did my nails there for the first time for my graduation. The place was nice, but the staff was really rude. I would not go back there again. Even though my nails came out nice, the gentlemen who was doing my nails was very rude and I wasn't even being difficult!

I would not suggest this place to any person who seeks proper customer service. My fiance had received a gift card for her bridal shower. Her sister was not told the gift card would only be honored at the Dayton Mall location. My fiance then went to The Greene, and would not have her gift card honored. BOTH location's acted as if they did not care, would not help find a resolution that would be fair to us and the company. I have been getting No-Chip manicures for the last two years - this was the most expensive manicure I have ever paid for and the worst manicure I ever received. The technician clearly was rushed and didn't allow enough time for the nails to dry - the polish bubbled and starting pealing off with-in the first week. I would never go back.

Very poor customer service one of the ladies basically told me to leave and come back in 3 hours my first timetherthere would never go back there.and didnt get to have my nails done

Went to Venetian for the first time since it is near my house. The place was packed on a Friday at noon, though it took only about 10 minutes to be called for my gel manicure (which, after reading my review, you will understand why). The man doing my nails, Henry, was very nice. However, I felt VERY rushed. While my hands were in the OPI dryer, which has an external timer, he literally was telling me to take my hands out before the timer was up. Terrible experience! I had not been to this salon in more than a year and after today, I remember why. It was incredibly dirty, prices are high and the nail techs are awful and rude. I needed to have acrylic removed and have a gel mani. it took more than an hour and a half and the girl made it quite painful.
